Education & Training Support

South Puget Sound Pathways is proud to partner with school districts, higher ed institutions, non-profit organizations and local government agencies to better support and serve the undocumented, immigrant, Latinx, and BIPOC communities of the South Puget Sound. We first prioritize learning about the unique needs of our partners to ensure our services are designed and tailored to meet these needs.
We understand that educational institutions, non-profit institutions or local government agencies can be at different stages of planning and executing programs and/or events to support BIPOC/ Immigrant / Latinx communities. For this reason, our programs are generally two-hour interactive workshops/trainings that incorporates small and large group discussions, reflection, and group activities that allow participants to put their learning into practice. We also provide strategic though to the design of curriculum, strategic action plans, logic models, community assessments, landscape analysis, community listening sessions, and more!
